• Orders are processed within 7 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

• During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If delays occur, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer multiple shipping options at checkout, including standard and expedited services.
Estimated delivery windows:

• Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order’s weight, dimensions, and destination.

• Free shipping may be offered on orders over a specified amount (when applicable and during promotions).
   

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to monitor your shipment.
 
5. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, contact us at support@maddchemistlabs.com.
While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will assist you in working with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
 
6. Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping.
 
7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer input and cannot issue refunds or replacements in such cases.
 
8. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@maddchemistlabs.com.
Please include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist with a replacement or refund in accordance with our return policy.
