Welcome to Madd Chemist Labs. These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through our website. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

1. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for reasons including, but not limited to:

Product availability
Pricing or listing errors
Suspected fraud or misuse
Shipping restriction conflicts

If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. By submitting payment, you authorize Madd Chemist Labs to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount including applicable taxes and shipping.

We do not store or process payment card information directly; all transactions are handled through secure third-party processors.

3. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Once an order leaves our facility and is handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to the customer. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier conditions or unforeseen delays.

4. Product Use & Suitability

It is the customer’s responsibility to review product specifications, usage instructions, and ingredient information prior to purchase. We are not liable for reactions, sensitivities, or incompatibilities related to individual health conditions, medications, or allergies.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return Policy. Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with may not be eligible except in cases of defect or damage.

6. Subscription Services (If Applicable)

If subscription or auto-ship services are offered, additional billing and cancellation terms will be provided at checkout. By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges until canceled.

7. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Madd Chemist Labs shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product in question.
