Subscription Terms

Certain Madd Chemist Labs products are eligible for our recurring subscription program (“Subscription”) which provides a 15% discount off the regular one-time purchase price. By enrolling in a Subscription, you agree to these Subscription & Auto-Renewal Terms in addition to our Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy.

1. Billing & Auto-Renewal

When you enroll in a Subscription, you authorize Madd Chemist Labs to automatically charge your selected payment method every month at the discounted Subscription rate until canceled. Unless you cancel prior to your renewal date, your Subscription will automatically renew each month and your payment method will be charged accordingly.

The Subscription discount applies only to recurring orders that remain active at the time of renewal.

2. Pricing & Changes

The Subscription discount of 15% off applies to the product’s regular price at the time of each renewal. We may modify pricing, discounts, or product availability in the future. If we make material changes to your Subscription, we will notify you in advance. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Subscription at any time prior to the next monthly renewal date to avoid future charges. Canceling a Subscription does not automatically refund charges that have already been processed.

No fees or penalties apply to cancellations.

4. Shipping & Fulfillment

Subscription orders are processed and shipped at the beginning of each billing cycle. Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier. You are responsible for maintaining accurate shipping and billing information.

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect information, additional shipping fees may apply.

5. Failed Payment Methods

If a payment fails, we may attempt to reprocess the charge using your stored payment method. If payment cannot be completed, your Subscription may be paused or canceled.

6. Refunds & Returns

Refund eligibility for Subscription orders is outlined in our Return Policy. Subscriptions renewed prior to cancellation are generally not refundable unless otherwise required by law.

7. Account Management

If available, your Subscription details—including next charge date, product quantity, and billing information—can be viewed and updated through your account dashboard. You are responsible for keeping this information current to prevent fulfillment delays.

8. State-Specific Auto-Renewal Disclosures

Certain states (including but not limited to California, Colorado, New York, North Dakota, Vermont, and Virginia) require additional disclosures regarding automatic renewal.

To the extent required by law, we will:

Provide clear, conspicuous disclosure of renewal terms prior to purchase
Obtain affirmative consent before enrollment
Provide confirmation of enrollment via email
Provide an easy and timely cancellation method
Provide notice of material changes to Subscription terms
