Return Policy

We want you to feel confident when purchasing from Madd Chemist Labs. If there is an issue with your order, we will work with you to make it right.

Please review the terms below regarding returns and refunds for our products.

1. Return Eligibility


We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for products that meet the following criteria:


• Unopened and unused
• In original packaging
• In resalable condition

Opened or used consumable products cannot be returned or refunded for safety and regulatory reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items


Returns are not accepted for:


• Opened or used products
• Products without original packaging
• Perishable or custom items
• Items purchased through third-party retailers
• Items marked as final sale or promotional clearance

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items


If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@maddchemistlabs.com.


Please include photos showing the issue so we can assist with a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

4. Refunds


Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.


Refund processing time may vary based on your payment provider.

We do not offer refunds for:


• Taste or flavor preferences
• Perceived effectiveness or performance
• Delivery delays caused by carriers

5. Return Shipping Costs


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to damage, defect, or an incorrect shipment.

6. Exchanges


We do not offer direct exchanges. Eligible items must be returned for a refund, after which a new order may be placed.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages


Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. We cannot refund or replace orders reported as stolen or missing after confirmed delivery.


If your package is lost in transit (never shows as delivered), contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

8. How to Initiate a Return

Please include:


• Order number
• Reason for return
• Supporting photos (if applicable)

9. Third-Party Purchases


We can only process returns or refunds for items purchased directly from our website.

Purchases made through other retailers must follow that retailer’s return policy.

By placing an order with Madd Chemist Labs, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Return & Refund Policy.
